I, T.C. Griffin Owner and operater of Bio – Hazard Services Inc., am appalled that Gordy Powell of A – 1 Bio Clean, Georgia Clean, Cleaner 911.com or what ever he’s calling it now has bought my personal name in the form of the URL tcgriffin.com and pointed it to his website. Is he trying to mislead consumers?
We have all been warned to protect out Social Security #, bank accounts#, credit cards etc. We get notices when our personal information is breached. But you never really think about protecting your name. Did you even know you could buy your name? You know there are other people with your same name. But why would you need to protect your name? Recently, a business owner, who has the same type of business I own, purchased my name online. I do not know his intentions. Why would he do this? Why buy my name for a web addresses that can be attached to anything? He now has the Power to attach his advertisements to MY name that he purchased for whatever purpose he wants.
I own and operate Bio-Hazard Services Inc. a death and crime scene clean up service as well as hoarder clean up since 2005. My career began at the age of 14 at Allen Summerhill Funeral Home in DeLand Fla. I am a graduate of Gupton Jones college of Funeral Science with an associates of science degree , I am 47 now and still a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer with many friends and references within the industry. I wear my professionalism and integrity with pride and can not understand the reason that someone in my my own industry would use my name for their gain. I was taught early in my career that our competitors should be colleges and that we should all work together with a common goal to help those we serve. Please tour my web site for details about my service as well as testimonials from some of those I have served. Feel free to contact me any time.
